How do I book a decoration?
Browse our catalog, pick a package, choose your date & time slot, and complete checkout. Our team handles the entire setup at your venue.
Which areas do you serve?
We serve 100+ cities across India, with same-day service in most major cities for orders placed before 12 PM (subject to availability).
Can I customise a decoration?
Absolutely. Add your theme in 'Special Instructions' at checkout, or message us on WhatsApp with what you have in mind and we'll tailor it for you.
Do I earn rewards on my orders?
Yes! You earn 10% back as reward coins on every completed order (1 coin = ₹1), redeemable on future bookings. Track them anytime in Dashboard → Rewards.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations are not possible within 24 hours of the event. If you cancel more than 24 hours before, a flat 25% of the total order value is deducted as a cancellation fee. Rescheduling is free more than 24 hours before the event, subject to availability.
How can I track my order?
Sign in and go to Dashboard → Orders for live status, or contact us with your order ID and we'll update you right away.
